Day Nine-Ten: Chicago

Union Station, Chicago: a bit of fresh air between trains

Union Station, Chicago

It was hot and sunny in Chicago, which Duff never experienced because he spent the time between trains in the dungeon that is the waiting room for sleeper car passengers. Lucky for him, there was live music. Anyone recognize these guys? I had no opportunity to ask their names. I would have asked if they had climate change songs, and I bet they do.

who are these musicians

  1. Meg Sheehan says:

I heard that there is a song rising on the charts about the woes of living in Greenfield MA, where a biomass burner is being proposed. The anti-biomass song is about biomass burning, one of those false solutions to climate change that would be subsidized under ACESA. I even heard that Mary Serezze was writing a song a one point – wonder if that’s the same tune.

I heard about the artist and the anti-biomass song from Maggie of Secure Green Futures – Susan, I think you need to track him down for the Climate SOS Tour so Duff can keep the inspiration going on the Tour!
